10 Weekly Intentions For The New Year Same You

Ahhh new year same you, just a little maintenance needed. On Sundays we reset mentally and physically, rebooting our mind and setting intentions for the week can do wonders for your total wellbeing. Setting intentions allows us to hit specific personal short-term growth goals, whether that be daily or weekly goals. We have to remember we are writing our own stories and constantly taking a pause to readjust is important for your mental-health. I identify intentions and goals as one as they both eventually lead you to your purpose. Based on research intentions are meant to help with the now and goals are meant to be met in the future. Because of its dual features we created the ritual — daily and weekly activities and/or routines that provides positive impact on your well-being.
